I've got a fresh install of HA that is completely disconnected from my HA that's in use. I've connected a ZBT-2 that is set for Thread but I can't get it to be the preferred network. Any ideas?

It looks like the otbr integration which was supposed to be auto installed when the otbr add-on was started didn't get set up. First thing I would try to fix it is simply restarting home assistant.

I think the reboot worked? Kinda.
I'm trying to send credentials to my iPhone and it fails. It says,
"Failed to store thread credential in keychain, error: Thread network credentials does not match with any of the active thread networks around."
I do have another HA running that's running my house. This is a separate HA for testing. Wondering if my iPhone is confused with a second Thread credential.

That might be it. It's a locked down network that I had to do a do a policy to connect my iPhone to the test bed HA. I'm using Unifi.

For matter commissioning to work the phone has to be able to resolve the mdns advertised by the tbr and route traffic to the thread ipv6 subnet via the tbr
