Hello!

Yesterday my remote access went away, no changes from my side, nothing. just stopped working and will not come back on

Hey there, did you start with a reboot of the system? The status indicates HA is trying to validate or renew the certificate.

There might be an issue there if that status "Remote access is being prepared" is showing for more than 5 minutes

I tried logging out, do a reboot (not restart) log in again an still the same... this i did 3 times on different times of the day. I really dont have any idea what to do... i accesed HA while at work to show a few features to slme friends, and then a few hours later it was not possible

it's always when you show it to friends. 😄

do you see any logs at the end of your support file (3 dots in the corner of the Home Assistant Cloud page)

These keep repeating over and over in the log file

This also comes all the time in notifications
