Hi people, ever since I renewed my sub the remote access has stopped working and it just says setting up in HA, has anyone seen the same?

Or do you mean since the last charge was made? Subs don't need renewal really. They just continue recurring charges until cancelled

Have you tried a system reboot using the advanced option in the HA restart menu?

yeah restarting forces HA to reach out and check if there's a sub
