I saw this on reddit and want to recreate this style of tile how would I do it ?

That is Bubble Card which you can get on HACS.

I am so out of touch with what Bubble Cards look like and what they can do. I look over the changelog each time I update and tell myself I need to get back to using them. First checked them out back in the Alpha days.

Yeah, tbh i am not that up to date myself. I do have them on multiple dashbaord's but that is only because they haven't broken... If they did brake i would probably have reason to update knowledge.

Looking over the docs and getting up-to-date would probably take a full weekend. Just noticed that it accepts JavaScript templates now. And, there's something called Modules:

Modules are a powerful feature that allows you to save, reuse, and share your custom styles and templates across all of your Bubble Cards. Instead of copying and pasting the same code into multiple cards, you can create a Module and apply it wherever you need it. This makes managing your dashboard's look and feel much easier and more efficient.
And, there's a whole bunch of community-made modules.

Yeah I get the bubble card part but I want to know how to get the info at the end with the up and down speed and the counters, I for the life of me cannot work it out

They are sub-buttons set to display the entity with the data.
