I'm just attempting to make the TV able to be turned on so that I can make some automation. But it keeps becoming unavailable 5 seconds after turning it off (as shown in the video).

Things I have tried:

use Ethernet & wi-fi
disabled power saving features
set "remote start" setting to both powered by "network" and "by apps"
set (TVs) IP to static instead of DHCP
check if the TV was disconnected (it was not)

I'm free to provide any additional info about this.

You can see if enabling Simple IP Control may help: https://pro-bravia.sony.net/develop/integrate/ssip/overview/

But some devices just behave that way, where they'll go unavailable and the integration can't be used to be turned on. You could try WOL if that doesn't work.

Simple IP Control wasn't in the settings, and WOL also doesn't work.
