What is the Yaml dashboard and how it is different than the any other dashboard one can create from the UI view, which actually generates YAML in real time?

did you ever use ui-lovelace.yaml? This is a legacy file from the early days of lovelace, circa 2018/2019

I got no notification after update that's why I started to wonder what's going on since Ifelt a bit of panic of the "yaml" dashboards

and reading the release notes I couldn't figure out what these yaml dashboards are and how is this migrating

but looks like I am already on the new strategy anyway
