I have seen a lot of talk about issues with Open AI, and I assume this is related, but has anyone had success with using Antrophic and voice PE since the 2026.1.x releases? I have tried .1, .2, and today .3 but still get the errors when using Antrophic for voice. Using chat in HA works just fine, so I assume this is something in the way the PE device is sending the data to Antrophic. Previously I would just revert back to 2025.12.5 and everything works, but now rolling back will break some blueprints. Any ideas when this will be fixed?

I use Anthropic with my four voice assistants and they seem to be working fine. You'll need to provide actual errors and output from the voice assistant debug view for more help.

Each tool_use block must have a corresponding tool_result block in the next message.'}, 'request_id': 'req_REDACTED'}
Never had this issue until 2026.1.x, though I will say it is a little better in 2026.1.3. Previously even lighting control failed, now it seems to be requests for temperature or numerical type requests.
