Hey, I have an instance at home with HA set up running beautify, and can connect to it via the iOS app. However, at the office we set up an instance of HA that has been working.

But I went to add the Office server to my app, and it sees it, pulls the correct address but wont connect, wont let me try and log in, nothing. I can log in no problem on a mobile browser on the same phone. It just will not let me add the Office HA server to the iOS app.

Co-worker installed the Android version of the HA app on their phone and logged in no problem.

What could I be missing?

It’s a bit generic description to understand what’s wrong. Can you record your screen while trying to login?

For starters I would reboot iPhone and Home Assistant, if the issue persists we can continue.

I have a hunch that it's something related to a wrong certificate

Issue was Home server connection in the Companion App was set to Most Secure Connection. Changed to Less Secure, made the new connection at my office. then was able to turn both of them to More Secure.
