#Two Thread Networks

HA has to have the Thread credentials of the network you want to make preferred.
How can I find them?
My house is made thread networks. One includes my Google streamer with my my three nest Wi-Fi routers. I would like to make this the primary one.
The other network is created from a Google nest hub 2nd gen. The only way I can turn this off is to unplug the hub. This is what's being listed as primary.
I've tried creating everything again with the hub unplugged.
I've turned off the streaming thread border router. I saw a post that said that this has been unstable. I've then tried to reboot everything but they still stay on the old Network.
If I try and connect anything with the nest hub on it connects to that Network.
If I have the nest off with much work I can get it connected to the other network, but it tends to be unstable and loses connections. I have good Wi-Fi throughout the house so I would think the spread of nest Wi-Fi routers would provide a good base for a thread Network.
I've rebooted and tried connecting matter thread devices several times.
I really think the issue is the two networks. But I cannot find a way to get rid of either one of them. I would like to turn off the network on the Google nest hub but that does not seem to be an option. Even with it off, home assistant and Google still consider it primary.
Looking for any help I can find to to get this straightened out. I'm really hoping matter is the future.
I also tried calling clearing the cache on my phone for Google services, to get Android to connect to the new thread Network, but that also didn't work.
BTW, I don't think HA has any role regarding Thread in is this situation ..... I'm not an expert on how Android based phones deal with multiple Google based Thread networks, but it appears your phone has the Google nest hub 2nd gen Thread credentials and only using those. To remove them you have to remove them from not only the cache but also the storage. After that I am not sure how to get the phone to prefer the Google Streamer, but if I had to guess, I would turn off the Google nest hub 2nd gen, then try to commission a device, at which point I think the phone would only see the Google Streamer and thus should only pick it to do commissioning. If this is correct, then after pairing, the phone will mark the Thread credentials for the Google Streamer as preferred, and from there on out will always use it.
I was finally able to change the preferred network on my phone, with the help of Google support. You are right, I had to erase everything in the Google Play Services. This also removed my Google Wallet, Google Watch, the chat with Google support, and who knows what else. I'm still finding things.
When I went back into the thread settings there was no longer a preferred network. In Home Assistant I went to the Thread settings and did Send credentials to Home Assistant and I was then able to choose which network to make preferred.
After doing all of this, and wiping and restoring my watch, the Matter devices are much more stable.
One last set is to factory reset the Nest Hub and see if I can set it up on the same Thread network, not that Home sees the right one as preferred.
I do like that people are trying to make this tech stuff invisible so you don't have to do anything, but I wish that they would add some sort of back door to go in and fix it when it does not work.
Thanks for the help.
