I had an issue with HA where HA was saying Supervisor was down. So I just backed up my instance. Then of create a new install 2026.1.2 and restored from backup. All seemed to go well but my matter devices seem to be off line. I tried to have HA Ping the device via the gui and I get the following message (Immediately)
"The device ping failed. Additional information may be available in the logs."
I searched the logs and don't see anything related to ping. I did look in my unifi and I see the matter device and can ping it via it's IP.
Do you have any suggestions what may have gone wrong or what I need the check would be appriciated. I'm fairly need to HA but until this all has been going well.
P.S. I upgraded after finding the issue to 2026.1.3 but have the same issue.
