So automations were running great for weeks but now z2m is reporting the following when I try to turn off a a smart plug from the z2m console (I imagine the automation stopped working because of this also):

z2m: Publish 'set' 'state' to 'Inspelning1' failed: 'Error: ZCL command 0x348d13fffef747cd/1 genOnOff.off({}, {"timeout":10000,"disableResponse":false,"disableRecovery":false,"disableDefaultResponse":false,"direction":0,"reservedBits":0,"writeUndiv":false}) failed (Data request failed with error: 'undefined' (241))'

Anyone know what this is a symptom of ?

My HA device hasn't rebooted or anything

Inspelning is an ikea device I think. Remove it or force remove it. Then try to restart z2m.

I have several of that device and works perfect for me

Yah they have been great for a while, not sure why this is happening though

Haven't rebooted .. want to see if it can self repair first
