#Unable to get new scripts to show on watchOS

I have been using iOS Actions for a long time and finally got around to start creating some scripts to ultimately replace them.

I have added the new scripts to the 'Configuration' section on the iOS companion app, but no matter what I do I cannot get the apple watch to reflect the changes I'm making. Even if I reorder items the watch just doesn't seem to update at all.

Is there a cache or something to clear that will force an update? Or are iOS Actions potentially causing issues here?

I am on companion app 2026.1.1 and Home Assistant 2025.12.5.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Before trying something, can you reboot both devices?

#

If that does not work you can export the companion ao logs and DM me

There is also a reset button at the bottom of watch configuration screen that you can try as the last resource
