Automation to turn Lights on and off and back to normal State colours

I'm trying to get Automation to turn Lights on and off and back to normal State colors with my Blood level readings

So far I'm unable to get the light colors or the Presets back to there original state and turn off after 3 mins and then back on after 5 min is still having a low reading.

I'd like to start with Normal and low readings first then after do High readings with again a different color.

I'm setup Using a Dexcom G6 CGM and also have readings coming in two ways one with Nightscout, and the other with Dexcom,

I also tried last year with Scenes but they kept being reset causing me issues, bit not sure if anything as changed with them!

Take a snapshot of state before changing then revert.

You can have automations look at the entity states before action and create a scene on the fly and then perform the action and revert to saved temporary scene afterwards.

I'm not using sceneS as I kept losing them everytime any updates, not sure if this the way I was doing it or if its a problem in the way I'm doing. Ive not used scene at all only for when I was trying to do this 6 months ago, and now forgot what I did. I'm also just lost connection on my kitchen lights too! I will give it a thoought and see if it can help me thanks!
