I've followed the instructions in https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/zha/#modifying-the-device-type to change a device identified as a light into a switch.
However the interface still shows it as a light.
I even unpaired the device and paired it again. Unfortunately that didn't help either, but maybe a hint to why it is not working is the fact that the ZHA pairing remembers the name I gave the device. Could it be that it ignores what is in the configuration.yaml ?
How can I get my device to be correctly identified as a switch?
