ZBT-2 not detected on Home Assistant Blue.

I have a new ZBT-2 and I am using a Home Assistant Blue but the ZBT-2 is not showing up! I have an existing sky connect connected. Any ideas?

do you have another usb cable (that is known working for both power and data connections) that you can try it with?

Ha. That worked!!!! I just assumed the cable that was in the box would work. Appolgies i did not try that before

nice, that is not a totally unfair assumption to make. There have been a few people that have had issues with the stock cables. It is a known thing that occasionally happens.
