Missing the "For" time criteria in the Occupation detected / Occupation cleared trigger

When adding the trigger, the option to specify the "For" is not there. So it's not possible to configure, if the occupation is cleared for 1 minute, do this. Or if occupation is detected for 5 minutes, do that.
