vocal viper
Trouble getting Home Assistant Voice Preview Edition reliably talking, with Piper add-on, Pico TTS device, and/or Google Translate text to speech device, to Media Player entity.
It talks okay at first, then a bit later, and for no apparent reason it won't talk any longer. If I run thru the setup or re-power it, it works again. But note below that I'm seeing an error in the setup.
Also getting error when try to Setup:
Under Settings | Devices and Integrations | Integrations tab | ESPHome | Home Assistant Voice 098804 | Home Assistant Voice 098804 | Setup Voice Assistant
After saying Ok-Nabu twice, & selecting Living Room, I'm choosing Full Local Processing.
It says Installing/Setting Up Whisper, then after a delay, it says: "Failed to install add-ons", and "Failed to create entry for faster-whisper: cannot_connect".
Logs
Under Settings | Add-ons | {Whisper/Piper} | Configure tab I turned on Debug logging. Debug logs attached.
Network settings
Settings | Add-ons | { Piper/Whisper/Speech to Phrase} | Configuration tab | Network paragraph | Change the ports on your host that are exposed by the add-on - Show disabled Ports = On images attached

Router
- Ubiquity VLAN #5 for IoT
- IPV6 blocked system-wide
- IoT VLAN #5 has access out to WAN
- VLAN #0 has access to VLAN #5 for management
HomeAssistant software
- HA Yellow
- fully updated.
Voice
- Home Assistant Voice Preview Edition (IoT Wi-Fi).
Can adjust LEDs even after it is failing, so CPU is running.

What would cause it to work, then stop working, network?
