Having issues incorporating some new z-wave jasco light switches into HA. After scanning QR code, it just keeps searching. When I close the search window, it says the switch is provisional with this error. " this device has been provisioned but is not yet included in the network.". I was somehow able to add 2 out of 4 but can't get the other two to work. I factory reset the switch and tried again and nothing. Never had issues like this with my other zigbee or z-wave switches.
