Hi Folks,
Trying to flash a ZBT-1 with firmware for a thread border router. Some quick google searching gives me a lot of AI slop and pages that require you to have a specific setup - like already having it installed as a zigbee device on HA first, or having HA Yellow, etc..

This is a new device that I just want to flash (I already have a zigbee device on my HA) ... so I just want to flash it before plugging it. I don't have HAOS so I plan to setup a container for OTBR as well.

plug it into your desktop and use THIS tool.

Install firmware – Device Toolbox

Install the latest Zigbee or Thread firmware on your ZBT-1
