Home Assistant Yellow. Latest updates (2026.1.1). Many devices and a few automations. No issues.
Trying to set up new HA Cloud (Nabu Casa) account. Account created and username/email verified.
Settings->Home Assistant Cloud-> Sign In:
"Unable to reach the Home Assistant Cloud."
Settings->System->Network says "External Access Disabled"
Device is ethernet wired to Motorola MR2600 Router. Home network functionality nominal.

How do I enable external access??

Disabled IPv6. Restarted. No change. Still says "external access disabled" and "Unable to reach the Home Assistant Cloud"
