#Thread ping issue

Dear all, anyone knows about this problem? when I was trying to ping my thread device, there is a warning in the result box, and the device is gone offline

  1. What kind of Matter over Thread device is that? (Mains-powered plug, battery-powered sensor, ...)
  2. Also, what kind of Thread Border Router are you running? (ZBT-1, ZBT-2, Yellow, Apple TVs, Google devices, Amazon devices, ...)
  3. Are you sure it's charged/plugged in? Did you try power-cycling the affected device?

if I power cycle the device , it will be recovered
