How to Retrieve Historical Energy Consumption Data from Woox R6118 Smart Plug with Energy Meter in H

I’m currently using a Woox R6118 Smart Plug with Energy Meter and have integrated it with Home Assistant via the Tuya integration. While everything is working well, I’ve run into a problem: the energy consumption data that shows up in Home Assistant only reflects the values recorded after the integration was set up. All historical data from before the connection seems to be missing.

I initially connected the plug to the Woox app, and later switched to the Tuya app for better integration with Home Assistant. Interestingly, the energy consumption history is still available in the Tuya app, showing data from the time the plug was connected to Woox App. This suggests that the data might be stored locally on the plug.

Here’s my question:
Is it possible to retrieve the historical energy consumption data from the Woox R6118 Smart Plug in Home Assistant?
I’ve checked the Tuya integration, but it seems to only fetch data from the moment the plug was integrated with Home Assistant. I’m wondering if there’s a way to access the plug’s internal memory or get the historical data that’s visible in the Tuya app or the Woox app but not in Home Assistant.

The woox and tuya app are the same white labeled app. This is why your history was preserved. HA on the other hand doesn't access historical tuya data

so its stored in the cloud? or on the plug?

I need to access historical data, what to do to make it possible?

The plug doesn’t store any historic data.

so you are basically saying:

1️⃣ tuya is showing the history because its using the same cloud storage as woox?

2️⃣ so the plug has a MAC which is registered in the woox cloud and once I disconect from woox and register the plug with tuya, it recognize the MAC and fetches the data accordingly?
because tuya never seen the plug before

3️⃣ If this is true, it would also mean, that the plug can not record data if its not connected to the internet
so basically if I run the plug for 2 days without network access, then connect it and see, there should be no history

I don´t think so, I run a plug for a while wihtout connection but it was still showing history from that dates

please explain those points 1️⃣ - 3️⃣
