I try to add Zigbee2MQTT service to my Home Assistant but its always fail. What could be the problem? The Log file:

It looks like the adpater is not found: "z2m: Error: Failed to connect to the adapter". Double check that the serial parameters are correct.

Also make sure you are not using zha there can only be one protocol at a time.
