Notice the discrepance in subscription renewal info as its syncing.
I have tried resetting cloud info, waited for 2026.1.1 to see if it was fixed, rebooted several times.

anyone have any tips?

personally not seeing this on 2026.1.0 or 2026.1.1.

Nothing works for me either, and in the app I have both the Nabu Casa URL and a local URL set up for when my phone is connected to my WiFi. The only changes to my home between working and not are the updates to 2026.1 and later 2026.1.1. My Nabu Casa account says my billing is fine and both Nabu and HA claim to be connected.

Nabu casa support mentioned that other users had problems because of openwakeword and I removed that, since im currently not using it - and it solved the problem
