Hey all, Nabu casa has stopped working in the past 24 hours and I cannot figure out what is going on. Nabu casa main status page shows my instance as connected. Can access my HA fine locally. Have tried signing in and out of nabu casa account in my HA and done a full reboot and still no difference. This is the error I recieve via webpage and the HA app on my iphone is not working at all.

Same for me, works very poor or not at all. Local is super fast when previously it was working almost the same.

Must be a bigger problem, for everyone..? I just started to troubleshoot at my home and i cannot see anything thats wrong. Nothing have changed. 6 hours ago it worked but was extremly slow and now its not working at all. And Nabu Casa status page saying that everything is operational. Im not so sure about that.

Troubleshooting for 2 hours for nothing
I have subscribed till end of November this year so I would rather used the paid service that worked flawlessly, first time I got an issue 😅
Anyway, I hope they get it back alive soon

same here tryed everything on my network, but changed ANYTHING the past 2 weeks
so must be the Cloud Service from nabu casa
A few people are reporting issues so it is a known issue that I am sure people that are more important than me are working on the issue.

Same here — I have about six installations here in Slovakia, and four of them haven’t been working since this morning.
Local access works fine, but remote access is down with 'Unable to fetch auth providers' and SniTun Challenge/Response errors in the logs, just like others reporting here today.
There is an issue with an EU node that is being looked into.
Great that it's being looked into. Shouldn't the status page be updated in that case?
