#New Philips Hue Bulbs wont pair to Zigbee

Hi. I am trying to connect my Philips hue bulbs to the Zigbee2MQTT integration for a couple of days now without success so far. No matter what I try, the bulb does not show up in the Zigbee2MQTT devices list, nor do I see any "interview" messages in the Zigbee2MQTT logs. I tried to reset the bulbs with all methods possible (via the hue app, with the philips dimmer switch, power cycling the bulb). The reset always seems to work (the bulb flashes), but it still won't pair to my HA. My phone also detects the bulb via "matter". But to use that with HA, I'd need a thread edge router.

Does anyone have an idea how I can make it work?

I am using the ConBee III coordinator. The bulb is placed 10 cm next to the coordinator. I think ConBee III does not support Touchlink, so I didn't reset it with that method yet. My Zigbee mesh should be fine; I had no trouble connecting all other devices (15+). Also the Philips hue dimmer switches paired itself instantly with Zigbee2MQTT.

The new philips hue bulbs with thread support are supposed to support both zigbee and matter/thread simultaneously. I really would have expected them to be ready to pair on zigbee on first startup or after a reset :/

which specific bulbs (model numbers?) are you having problems with?

I tried two different ones. The older 9290024684A and the newer 9290038549H

for forced zigbee pairing, powercycle bulb 12 times.

Thank you for the suggestions. I just tried to turn it off and on 12 times but it didn't show up in zigbee2mqtt
