This is everytime I update HA, some devices are not working while others work, then I restart Z2M and everything works again.. What can I do?

Is this a per device option?

I checked different devices (some which didn't work after update and some which worked) and none has the retain option set

I can only find "force_disable_retain" in the z2m gui, which is currently turned off

Found it in the configurations.yaml! Thanks, will try if it works!

Does this improve the stability in general?

it just ensures that anything written to MQTT stays there and HA will see it when it starts up
