Help with connecting to MQTT server to retrieve data for my Hybrid PV setup | Home Assistant | Page 1

Hi all,
i have a device called SmartGridOne from the company Eniris, they enabled MQTT on their side so i could retrieve data from it (with by example NodeRed) so i can show the SOC of my battery in Home Assistant.

i have to say, i'm completly new to this (MQTT and Node Red) and i'm struggling ... would there be someone to help me out with some basics to get the ball rolling ?
