My home assistant green is plugged in to the router with the green light blinking, however the app is not finding it and I cannot access anything directly in the browser. The wired network is the same as the wireless network. I do not feel like my networking skills are adequate to the task of diagnosing the problem and ChatGPT has provided minimal help. Not sure at this point where to go for assistance. Any direction would be appreciated. I was hoping this was just going to work plug-and-play.

Connect a keyboard and monitor and check ha network info.

It must be some problem with my network setting because network info is showing that everything is working fine

Okay that's bad. This usually never fails. Is the ip of your PC also 192.168.40.xxx?
