Unable to connect from home screen shortcut but can activate

If I try to open the app through the home screen shortcut it gives me the unable to connect error, but if I go to settings and click activate it lets me connect

put the http://192.168.x.x:8123 in the internal connection url

no need to hide local ip's btw
