I am a long time HA user and NC subscriber. This morning, suddenly this morning both my wife and I cannot connect to HA on our android phones. NC sub is paid and active, i was not doing any updates yesterday, etc. We both use cloud to handle remote connection, even when at home, this has always worked flawlessly for us. Suddenly today I can only connect via local ip.
So I tried updating and restarting HA, checking NC account. In there it says remote access is not connected. In my companion app it says Cloud connected but certificate is loading.
Any ideas why this has happened suddenly? I don't remember setting up my own certificates, I think NC should handle all that.
I want to try resetting cloud settings but firstly I wanted to understand what has happened to prevent it in the future and stop decreasing my WAF :-).
