I installed two SNZB-02D temperature and humidity sensors for heating control and suddenly they went offline. The LCD shows full battery and the radio symbol but no data has been seen by HA since a few days.
Restarting HA or rebooting the whole VM didn't help. Also unpluggin and reconnecting the "USB Dongle Plus" didn't help.
How to further diagnose the problem? Both of them failed the same time.
