Hello everyone, I have had a real rough run of luck with the home assistant voice preview edition units. I had one unit die entirely and there is no way to process a warranty for it, and i have another unit that the sounds are working perfectly fine, but voice does not ever come through on it unless i upgrade home assistant, then the next time i reboot the server the vcoice no longer works again. Has anyone else had issues similar to this?

I've had real bad luck using mine as a media player. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason. Intermittently it will just refuse to play media.

Have you tried contacting their support?
If it's not on their site shouldn't indicate that it doesn't exist
If they do not respond, ask the nabu support if they can look into it. Not sure they can do much but friendly asking never hurts
