I'm trying to migrate from an old instance to a new one - both local on my network.
The old one is reachable from outside, the new one not yet.
I wanted to add the new instance to that companion app, it is seen and suggested in the app in "Select your Home Assistant server".
but when I select it - it is stuck in "initializing".
I need both instances to be active in my app - the old instance is working fine.
Context: the old instance is running an older version of home assistant, the new instance is a brand new install on a home assistant yellow with HA OS. Both the new HA instance and the app are on the most recent version.
What can I do to get the app running with both instances? and get past the init step.
I also tried to go via enter URL manually - did not help.
I'm using a local IP and port
added the new instance on a second app in 'private space' and it works fine there... 🤔
