I want to install a smart lighting switch which works with zig bee in my home to control the lights and to have it fully automatic.

no neutral stuff is such a pain. see if you can install a relay behind the light instead of behind the switch. this should give you access to live/switched-live/neutral. then you have a lot more options.

Can I do that without an electriction?
I don't know the regs in Germany. but tbh if you are asking that question then it might be best to get one anyway.

I tend to lean towards shelly for this kind of thing but a bunch of people use sonoff relays. but in either case i would go for ones with a neutral and find a way of doing it with your setup.
