I have a few repair messages concerning legacy templates (one legacy lock template and one legacy binary_sensor template) deprecation.
I'm just wondering if the generated instructions in the repair (especially the supplied code) generally work for folks? I'm a little inimidated at the prospect of the switchover (especially since the lock template controls one of my door locks, which I'd prefer not be down for too long). If I follow the instructions exactly, is there a good chance that things will go smoothly, or will I (as a relative amateur) likely be left troubleshooting a broken system?
