Unless your inverters or batteries can be monitored / integrated into home assistant, you can use AC clamps to measure at relevant input points to your house as consumer

Generally all of the solar output is the battery input of your house. Theoretically you can back convert that from the soc - output with some margin of error. Alternatively you'd need a power or energy meter for DC which can be a bit of a pickle to find or diy
