How to setup Zigbee2MQTT setup with Sonoff Zigbee Dongle

Hello HA peeps,

I just started with homeassistant and exploring the opportunities. I work in the IT field (mostly Microsoft products) and have some experience with RaspberryPi (VPN/PiHole).

I bought the Sonoff Zigbee 3.0 usb Dongle Plus Model: ZBDongle-E. I would like to setup this dongle with zigbee2mqtt because I heard its better thean ZHA(?). I just don't know how to set this up. If I plug in the stick HA instantly recognizes it but I assume thats ZHA.

There are so many conflicting tutorials on the internet on how to do this properly.

If someone can help me that would be great. Thanks all!

One more question Mister Spiegelmann, is it possible to add device that are added with zigbee2mqtt to the HA dashboard for easy access?

The same as any other device added to HA. Put the entities in a card
