Okay, I am fairly new to this, but I was setting up my home assistance on the raspberry pie 3, and I found my RP5, so I set it up and move the new zigbee 2 to it, it will not see the device at all, I try holding the reset button on the back of the device for 30 seconds 20 seconds and so forth seems like it doesn't do a thing. I can not find any way to reflash the unit so it will start the installer on the new install of HA. Seems funny that I could reset the homeassistance voice preview just by holding the button, but the zigbee 2 device that just came out can't be reset? If I can not get it to work in the next day or two I will send it back to amazon and request a new one, cause this should not be such a issue with a new device.
