I have 5 Shelly sensors in my house, but I can't find them in Home Assistant. They appear in the Shelly app, but not in Home Assistant. My device is Home Assistant Green.

the pictured sensor uses BLE to communicate.
what are you using for bluetooth? do you have an adaptor attached to your green or are you using proxies?

I've tried many things but couldn't find a solution to this problem. If anyone knows the solution and can help, I would be very grateful.

an old post said you may have to switch on scanning on the devices config. under the shelly integration page click cog next to the device and see if there is any options for switching on scanning?

it should then spawn a BT device in the BT integration for scanning

go hit the button on the sensor to make it send data out and hopefully it should pop up as a BTHome device
