Z-wave node lost device and manufacturer ID

I have a problem with a Z-wave node. I have a Silicon Labs Z-wave controller (USB stick on an extension). I have only one node a Heatit Z-TRM3 floor heating controller. This worked flawless using a scheduler for 2 year. Since the last Z-wave update (I think) there is a problem that the Node ID and Manufacturer ID are missing (see photo). I use Z-wave js in Home Assistant. I tried all options but I haven’t found an option to add both ID’s, or the completely remove the node and start over to add it again.

With only one Z-wave node that worked fine you do get very little experience 😢.

I wanted paste the content of the node.json file below but that is beyond the allowed limit. Is there an option to attach a non-picture file?

Did you update the device firmware?

If you did, you may need to exclude and include the device a couple of times until it works again.

I tried, but it can’t update the firmware because it doesn’t know what device it is.

If that's the case you need to exclude and include again to fix it

In the other case it took a few attempts

If you can, use SmartStart / qr code scanning to join

No I didn’t update the firmware before. I noticed the floor temperature are other related values were no longer showing in the HA dashboard. Only then I went looking in the Z-wave JS tab to see what caused the problem.

I will try SmartStart later today to see if it will add the node again, probably with node number 5.

If you're using HAOS and add-ons, make sure you aren't running both the core Z-Wave JS add-on and Z-Wave JS UI add-on. The screenshot shows Z-Wave JS UI, but "Z-wave js in Home Assistant" isn't clear.
