I've been using Home Assistant for a couple months, and probably had to full re-login into the HA Android App on my phone like 6 times.

There is sometimes a few days or even weeks between opening, however it makes me enter my HTTP address as well as username+password again, over and over and over, messing up the tracking of when I am home, etc. Thinking it is a fully new device.

How can I prevent this ? It is incredibly annoying to be honest.

Sorry to say, but it sounds something related to your phone. I switched to android about 6 months ago, and have ever only logged in once.

1-on phone, exclude companion app from battery optimalization. 2-turn off "remove permissions if unused" settings>apps>homeassistant. 3-in battery settings add home assistant to the "never sleeping apps"
