Hi everyone I’m seeking for help. I was accessing my HA remotely using nabu casa free trial and it worked perfectly fine. The free trial has ended, stopping the access, and I have just paid for a 1 year plan. However I still can’t access it it’s written « your instance is not connectent to HA Cloud ». Is it normal? The problem is I’m not at home I can’t access locally… should I wait a few hours? Thanks for your help!

As the connection from HA to NC ends when the trial ends, HA now needs to connect back out to NC to recognize there's a trial. Its possible this will happen on its own but it's best to be local to the server to force it

Had the same problem today. I copied the URL again to the phone app, still did not work. Then rebooted HA and that fixed it

The remote address is on the account page at Nabu Casa and I copied this to the phone app, although not sure whether this was the cause. I just did it in case the remote address had changed after the end of the free trial. The reboot of HA I did locally. Remote access worked perfectly after the reboot.

Yeah it is always an outbound connection from HA to Nabu Casa. There's no way to connect it from the outside
