#Google Home devices duplicated after syncing with Home Assistant Cloud

I have Google Home devices for the voice commands on the Nest Hubs, and all my other home devices are linked to Google. I have it controlling Phillips Hue lights, TVs, speakers, rooms and areas.

When I linked Home Assistant to Google, many of my lights and Google Cast devices showed up twice in the Google Home app. For example "Nightstand Lamp" appears twice, one from Hue and the other from Nabu Casa. Or it gets replaced by the Nabu Casa entry instead. This breaks a lot of things native to Google.

The reason I've linked HA and Google was to set up Google voice assistant commands for Switchbot curtains via a esp32 BLE proxy. I don't need HA for voice control on all the devices.

How do I clean up all the duplicates in Google Home and stop HA from creating them?

Likely have to stop exporting the individual devices to Google that you don't want there. This works from HA, but I don't own Hue.

So do I un-expose all the Hue and Google devices listed in HA?
