Does anyone have a UPS that switches to battery fast enough to keep a HA Green on during power failure? My current UPS works great with all the equipment connected to it except the HA Green, which will reboot whenever power is lost.

to remove (or at least drastically reduce) any chance of interruption you want to look for something with full "double-conversion"
you could also get and try a different higher spec 12v power supply that powers the green that might hold up a little longer.
you could also maybe build something to add a large capacitor to the 12v line which would help hold the power on for a short time.
