#Errors when using open AI most of the time

Every time I use OpenAI, I keep getting the same error and my Home Assistant voice preview edition completely fails and it is very frustrating. It seems like the model is trying to call invalid intents but I don’t know if this is a Home Assistant issue. It seems like other people online have had the same issues.

I have the same error. Three VA tools do it. Mostly when I ask a question that Open AI should answer. If I just ask the time, it answers immediately. Log: [E][voice_assistant:796]: Error: intent-failed - Unexpected error during intent recognition

And you don't even have to use the voice assistant. The error also occurs in the browser.

Seems like it’s specific commands that are handled, failed, and then the context gets screwed up.
