I'm wondering if this is a limitation in the Spotify Web API, since I've seen this same behavior in other web-based Spotify clients on ARM Ubuntu Linux (for example, because of a lack of a native Spotify ARM Linux app). I categorize and group together most of my playlists in Spotify inside custom playlist folders, and I'm suspecting that none of the playlists that reside inside playlist folders show up at all in Music Assistant, no matter how much I refresh the playlist view in Music Assistant and other Web API clients. Any devs out there that could confirm this playlist folder API limitation?

@torn nova You are correct - the Spotify Web API does not support folders, as documented here. Folders are not returned through the Web API, nor can be created using it.
Note that I cannot speak for MA, but if it uses the Spotify Web API to retrieve playlist data then it would not support it either.

I’m assuming MA is using the API because the behavior of missing playlists is identical.
