Bluetooth integr. failing set up

Hello, just starting with HA, sorry if the issue was already posted somewhere else 😅
I can't get the integration Bluetooth to work. I am on an old macbook pro 2011, running Linux Mint 22.2 using a Docker container, started with docker compose.
I tried many things, but I have the same error all the time:
Failed setup, will retry: hci0 (E0:F8:47:16:CD:ED): hci0 (E0:F8:47:16:CD:ED): Failed to start Bluetooth: passive scanning on Linux requires BlueZ >= 5.56 with --experimental enabled and Linux kernel >= 5.10; Try power cycling the Bluetooth hardware.
My versions seem to be correct. Any idea?
