I am using LocalTuya in preference to the official cloud integration. I have a single simple switch (previously controlled in SmartLife) working well.
The next device I'm trying to add is a Sensio-branded "Titan Smart Kinetic Driver" the innards of which are clearly Tuya based. https://www.sensiolighting.com/products/titan-smart-kinetic-driver
I was able to add the device; I added as a light, not a switch, thinking that it would need to be a light for the brightness and colour temperature to be controllable. During the setup there were some questions about brightness and colour temperature but once the install was done, I've just got an on-off called a "light". I imagine if I poke around I could change its permanently-configured brightness / colour temp but certainly no sign of those controls in the HA entity.
Am I right to assume that the LocalTuya doesn't support a more advanced device like this? See attached image, this shows the on-screen controls in the IOS control app -- whether using the Sensio branded app or SmartLife (as here) it's the same; three channels, each with on/off, brightness and colour temp.
Do I need to go the official / cloud route for this?
Thanks
