Hi there, since a few days suddenly the companion app won’t load and after a long time of loading I am getting this screen.
Last thing I recall doing from the app was updating HA Core 2025.12.2.
I can access HA via browser on the my iPhone and Mac. Everything else seems to be working as usual. Due to time-constrains I haven’t made any changes recently not am using it to the fullest potential.
Update to 2025.12.3 hasn’t made a difference.
What to do here? In settings all is still there as it was.

When you tap retry, does it shows any error?
Hi Bruno 🙂 after retry it loads and gives the same error. Feeling a bit silly with this issue

Can you retry a few more times than export your companion apps logs and DM to me?

Ok.. you logs indicate it is connecting successfully, which is weird, do you have more than 1 server in the app?
I see a lot of A TLS error caused the secure connection to fail. which indicates your SSL certificate is broken
Can you screen record connecting to the server using iOS Safari? Both, local and remote URL, you can DM as well if you prefer
For the record here: we chat via DM, apparently it is a networking issue on his side, homeassistant.local works in Safari but not the static IP address for some reason
